In the medical infection control system, the pre-treatment quality of surgical instruments is an important link to ensure patient safety. SCM utilizes the kinetic and thermal energy of high temperature and high pressure (pressure range of about 3-4 bar, temperature range of 120-140 ℃) steam to act on the gaps, inner walls, and surface attachments of the instrument, assisting in the removal of dried blood stains and tissue residues through physical means, as a supplementary means of conventional spraying and ultrasonic cleaning.
The equipment mainly relies on the physical action of high-temperature steam during operation, without the need for additional chemical cleaning agents for pre cleaning. This feature helps to reduce chemical residues on the surface and inside the lumen of the instrument, reduce the risk of patient discomfort caused by residues, and also improve the working environment for operators.
The device is equipped with a touch screen operation interface, which can adjust pressure and temperature parameters within a certain range according to different instrument materials and pollutant types. At the same time, the built-in overheating protection, overvoltage protection and other functions of the device aim to ensure operational stability in high-frequency usage scenarios. The device body is made of 304 stainless steel material, which has anti-corrosion and anti rust properties and can support long-term continuous work requirements.
The application of KH10.SCM in disinfection supply centers is mainly reflected in the following characteristics:
