Introduction
The bacterial collection device is a supporting instrument for bacterial culture equipment. Through the directional peristaltic pressure of the bacterial collection device, the test sample is filtered by positive pressure and cultured in the filter to test whether the test sample contains bacteria. The function of the bacterial collection instrument is to test whether the test sample contains bacteria, which complies with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia's sterile inspection membrane filtration method.
The detection method is as follows: the test sample is continuously injected into the bacterial culture chamber through the injection pipeline, and the downward pressure formed in the bacterial culture chamber is used to filter through a micro pore membrane. Microorganisms that may exist in the test sample are intercepted and collected on the membrane, and the antibacterial components of the test sample are removed by washing the membrane. Then inject the required culture medium directly into the bacterial collection incubator through the injection pipeline, place it at the specified temperature for cultivation, and observe whether there is any growth of bacteria.
The equipment adopts a mirror stainless steel integrated design, which improves the service life of the instrument and reduces the cost of maintenance, replacement, etc. caused by the surface rusting problem of traditional bacterial collectors. It avoids the corrosion of the surface due to chemical substances, and the surface design of the casing leaves no dead corners, solving the requirements of high cleanliness instruments in sterile rooms or microbiology rooms.
