This series of equipment adopts the boiler water treatment supervision and management rules and related design standards and specifications, combined with our company's years of equipment matching and production experience, using municipal tap water as the raw water source and adopting ion exchange technology.
This series of equipment adopts a fully automatic multi way valve controller, and the resin tank uses high-quality fiberglass resin tank. The resin uses high-quality strong acid sodium ion exchange resin, and the salt dissolution tank is made of PE material. There are two control methods: time control and flow control. Time control is based on the hourly water production and periodic water production to set the regeneration cycle, which is generally suitable for situations where water consumption is relatively stable. Flow control is based on the periodic water production rate to initiate the regeneration program. When the equipment is running, a dedicated flow meter counts the total water production rate. When the total water production reaches the set periodic water production rate, the controller starts the regeneration program for automatic regeneration. The regeneration of the equipment is independent of the running time and is generally suitable for situations where water consumption is unstable or continuous.
